Daily maintenance of round steel lifting equipment (1) If the lock rotation of the lifting equipment is not flexible or not in place during use, the adjusting nut should be checked and adjusted, and then the following parts should be checked:

① Is the tension spring of the pawl damaged? If damaged, it should be replaced; 

② Whether the transmission mechanism is stuck, if stuck, it is due to poor lubrication, and lubricating oil (or grease) should be added to the movable connection of the transmission mechanism. If the guide pin is too tight, the nut should be loosened appropriately. If the connection is loose, the transmission pipe or other rod is deformed, it should be corrected;

③ Is the stretching amount of the buffer spring too small? If it is too small, the length of the steel wire rope connecting the buffer spring should be shortened. 

(2) During use, it is necessary to prevent the paint on the indicator board of the lifting device from peeling off. Once discovered, it is necessary to promptly replenish the original indicated paint. 

(3) For the steel wire rope on the lifting device, it should be cleaned and coated with lubricating oil or grease in a timely manner, especially at the bends of the steel wire rope. 

(4) For the main load-bearing components, lifting rings, locks, ear plates, and rigging shackles, they should be inspected at least every 3 months under normal use and cleaning conditions, and there should be no cracks or severe deformation. 

(5) All oil cups, including the ratchet mechanism oil cup, the oil cup on the sliding bearing seat, and the oil cup on the rotary lock box, should be filled with lubricating oil at the main movable connections according to the usage situation. 

(6) Regularly check if the rope clamp is loose and if the buffer spring is excessively stretched, and promptly address any issues found.  

(7) Each lifting device must not exceed its rated lifting capacity, and the buffer spring must not be excessively stretched. 

(8) During the lifting process, it should be lifted smoothly to avoid deformation caused by collisions between the lifting equipment and the crane or other devices.
